Tenuta di Valgiano

PALISTORTI BIANCO

50% Vermentino, 30% Trebbiano, 15% Malvasia, 15% Grechetto

A Mediterranean white wine.
In the Lucca area, as in many parts of Tuscany, white grapes were historically grown and vinified together with red grapes. The varieties were often mixed directly in the vineyards, giving rise to wines deeply linked to the territory.
Palistorti Bianco is born from this heritage: a wine that consistently and elegantly expresses the white soul of our land. Vermentino, the undisputed star, is accompanied by traditional varieties such as Trebbiano, Grechetto and Malvasia.
Aged six months of lingering and maturation in stainless steel at low temperature.
