Biodynamic agriculture originated in the 1920s thanks to the Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner,\nwho in 1924 held a series of lectures in Koberwitz, laying the foundations for an alternative and\nsustainable agricultural model.\nSteiner applied a holistic vision to farming: the agricultural estate should be regarded as a living\norganism \u2014 a complete and self-sufficient individuality \u2014 capable of producing within itself what is necessary for its functioning, while minimizing external inputs as much as possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

According to this vision, the estate is part of a larger organism: the environment, and its health,\ncontribute to the balance of the entire system.
Biodynamic agriculture combines scientific knowledge with spiritual principles rooted in\nanthroposophy, placing at its core the relationship between human beings, nature, soil, and\nclimate.<\/p>
